Your simple, monthly membership fee provides unlimited access to your personal physician. Let's put your healthcare first-- no more confusing insurance claims, copays, surprise bills, or rushed visits. The simple DPC model works outside of the insurance system, and membership fees can be paid with cash (credit card or bank account), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or with Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

About
Dr. Soneral
Dr. Soneral is a board-certified family physician and founder of Brown Jug Direct Primary Care. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin, where he served as Chief Resident. He also holds an MBA and brings more than 20 years of experience in medicine and physician leadership. Dr. Soneral wholly embraces the Osteopathic tenets, integrates them into practice and often performs Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT). He has a deep commitment to the people and families of this community and is proud to serve the area he has called home throughout his career.
Your Brown Jug DPC membership includes most of the primary care you need, without the complexity of traditional insurance-based care. Care is personalized, accessible, and focused on your health—not on billing codes or rushing through appointments. Most services are included in your monthly membership. Laboratory testing that is done in-house and OMT have additional charges, well below standard market prices!

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, I offer hands-on Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) for patients who may benefit from a whole-person, hands-on approach to musculoskeletal and other health concerns. OMT may be helpful for back and neck pain, headaches, joint and muscle pain, and other conditions where hands-on treatment may complement traditional medical care.

For Brown Jug members, OMT is available for $50 per session as an additional service beyond the monthly membership.

Non-members may receive OMT for $249 per session.

In select cases, I also offer an OMT-only service for individuals who are primarily interested in osteopathic treatment rather than ongoing primary care. This may be particularly appealing to individuals who already have an established primary care physician but are seeking additional hands-on care for musculoskeletal concerns for conditions like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Fibromyalgia, or Pregnancy/Postpartum musculoskeletal dysfunction.
